The working principle of a pressure difference sensor is that the measured pressure directly acts on the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro displacement proportional to the water pressure, causing a change in the capacitance value of the sensor, and detecting this change with an electronic circuit, converting and outputting a standard measurement signal corresponding to the pressure.
