High Temperature Mechanical Melt Presssure Gauges
PG112/PG123/PG133 mechanical high-temperature melt pressure gauge for plastic extrusion, for plastic injection molding is a crucial component in the plastic extrusion process, allowing operators to monitor and control the pressure of the molten plastic as it passes through the extruder.
The design on the rigid snout version of the mechanical gauge can be rotated for unobstructed viewing, and the optional built-in pressure transducer with 2.0mV/V output and pressure transmitter with 4~20mA output is available to monitor in remote by working with pressure indicators. Thermocouple or RTD configurations are available to provide melt temperature.

Product Description
High temperature melt pressure gauge series is designed to measure pressure at high temperature in the industries of injection molding and chemical fiber, special diaphragm and highly anti-abrasive coating of which enable it to work normally at high temperature of 400℃.It adopts standard threaded connection and is characterized by high stability and long service life.
