Working Principle
The Magnetic level gauge operates based on the communicating vessels principle, Archimedes' buoyancy principle, and magnetic coupling effect. When the liquid level in the measured container changes, the magnetic float inside the main tube floats up and down accordingly. The permanent magnet inside the float transmits signals to the external Magnetic level Indicator through magnetic lines of force. The flap indicator is composed of red and white bi-color magnetic flip columns. When the tank liquid level rises, the flip columns change from white to red; when the liquid level drops, they change from red to white. The boundary between red and white is the actual position of the current liquid level, enabling intuitive liquid level display.
